Plan for students

Please read the information below to learn about the  Arabic language

1-Enrol in Course

First you enrol in the suitable course depending on your level, you just need to register to see your progress in the course.

2-Supporting materials

Each topic has different materials such as audios, videos, online quizzes or exercises, and PDFs to help you to advance quickly.

3-Student progress

Families can follow the student progress after enrolling in the course. Students must succeed in each topic before moving to the next.

4-Practising at home

Students have flexibility to complete and review topics any time, allowing them to practise for as long or short a time that is suitable for each individual.

5-topic review & quiz

Each topic is followed by a quick quiz to assess the level of topic mastery. A minimum level must be attained in order to move to the next topic or level.

6-moving to new level

Students move to the next level after passing the main exam for each level. They can revise any level studied during the school year in preparation for the main exam.

Before starting course

Grades 1 & 2

absolute beginners

The students starting from the very beginning  join the ‘Arabic from Scratch’ course. This starts with the alphabet – letters and sounds – and includes the four language acquisition skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening.

grades 3 to 5

Beginners

Throughout this level, students learn key vocabulary. Topics include:  personal introductions,  greetings,  formulating questions and answers, including statements.

Grades 6 to 8

Intermediate

Throughout this level, students focus on developing sentence structure in a variety of everyday contexts. They progress further in communication, in topics such as hotel, restaurant, shop and bank.

This level builds on, and consolidates, development of speaking, listening, reading and writing.

These courses are designed as independent  self-study, so it is easy for families to work with younger students, but not necessary once the students are used to the website.
